Schweppes Australia:

A special congratulations to Schweppes Australia for winning three of our industry’s most prestigious, national and international awards.  Solterbeck partnered with Schweppes Australia to launch their new employee recognition program in September 2013.  At launch, there were four key objectives:

— Build an Employee Recognition Framework that will help attract and retain talent in today’s market as well as facilitate the culture and engagement agenda.

— Bring the Schweppes behaviours to life and recognise employees who support Schweppes to create ‘Success in Store’.

— Consolidate all ad-hoc spending on recognition into one centralised budget and measure and report on recognition activity against that spend.

— Make giving recognition the norm ie part of the daily operating rhythm of the business.

Within six months of launch, 68 percent of Schweppes employees received recognition, a result that smashes the 2013 World@Work benchmark of 25 percent.

Other accolades:

Incentive Marketing Association Circle of Excellence – Outstanding Incentive Program
Australian Marketing Institute – Best Reward & Recognition Program
