At the start of 2012, the Australian businesses began a 12 month period of ongoing restructure that had created a period of uncertainty for staff, resulting in a significant shift in employee morale. The divisional CEO had recently completed a national staff road show outlining his vision and setting the company's new strategy which provided a renewed sense of direction, optimism and purpose amongst staff. This annual sales incentive trip needed to build on this optimism by providing attendees a fitting recognition for their efforts over the past year and to provide inspiration for the year ahead.
